Official Raffle Mechanics

The October trial campaign is available to registered members, including members using the free Tokwa Yarn? tier. Paid membership is not required to participate. Members with an eligible paid plan retain the additional raffle entries included with their tier. Campaign dates, prizes, entry values, and the draw date appear on the raffle page.

• Registered AKNT members who are at least 18 years old.
• Residents of the Philippines with a deliverable Philippine address.
• One participating account per person.
• AKNT administrators, people directly involved in administering the draw, and their immediate household members are not eligible unless a campaign explicitly says otherwise.

Entries are awarded through quests displayed on the active campaign. Each quest shows its value, refresh schedule, eligibility, destination, and verification method. A monthly quest may normally be claimed once. A daily quest resets according to Philippine time.

Opening a link alone may not complete a quest. The participant must return and confirm completion when prompted. Optional marketplace quests may use affiliate links, as disclosed on the quest board.

Automated activity, duplicate accounts, false confirmations, tampered proof, impersonation, harassment, or attempts to manipulate entry counts are prohibited. AKNT may review and remove invalid entries before the ledger is frozen.

Social networks may limit automatic verification. When automatic verification is unavailable, AKNT may use self-confirmation or request proof from a selected winner before awarding a prize.

At campaign close, the eligible entry ledger is frozen. The platform uses its published drawing algorithm, commitment value, revealed seed, and ledger hash to select winners. Prize count follows the prize records entered before the draw. One person normally receives no more than one prize in the same campaign unless the campaign page states otherwise.

Completed draws are saved in the public archive with masked winner identifiers and verification data. Full names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers are not published.

AKNT will send an email to the address connected to the winning account. A winner has seven calendar days from the notice to respond and provide their full name, Philippine delivery address, contact number, and any reasonable proof required by the campaign.

Winner contact details are requested only after selection and are used for verification and prize delivery. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, or refusal to provide necessary delivery details results in forfeiture.

An unclaimed or forfeited prize returns to the prize pool and will be redrawn with the following month's campaign. AKNT will record the status in the campaign archive when technically available.

The winner pays the shipping fee unless the campaign page or sponsor states otherwise. AKNT may coordinate delivery using an independent courier such as J&T Express, Flash Express, LBC, or another available provider.

After the parcel is accepted by the courier, transit times, handling, loss, and damage claims are governed by the courier's service terms and claims process. AKNT will provide available shipment details and reasonable assistance, but does not control the courier and is not responsible for courier-caused loss or damage except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash unless a campaign expressly allows it. Product appearance may differ slightly from promotional images. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside AKNT's reasonable control, AKNT may provide a comparable replacement and record the change.

AKNT may pause, correct, or reschedule a campaign when fraud, platform failure, force majeure, or another serious issue prevents a fair draw. Material changes will be announced and preserved with the campaign record.
