Membership and Payment Policy

Tokwa Yarn? is the free account tier. Features shown as Premium require an active trial or paid pass. Creating multiple accounts to repeat limited offers is not allowed.

An eligible new account may activate one 30-day Premium trial. The trial starts immediately upon successful activation, may be claimed once per person and account, and does not require payment. Trial access ends automatically at expiration.

• Tokwa Pro introductory offer: ₱99 once after an eligible free trial.
• Tokwa Pro regular renewal: ₱199 for each succeeding 30-day period.
• Tokwa Pro Max: ₱899 for 180 days.
• Certified Tokwa to the Max!!!: ₱1,199 for 365 days while the founding-member offer is available.

The plan page controls the current offer presented to each account. Prices may change for future purchases, but a completed approved order keeps the access period purchased.

Pay the exact displayed amount through an available payment method, then submit the correct reference number and a readable receipt. Reviews normally take 24 to 48 hours. Access begins when AKNT approves the payment, not when the transfer is sent.

AKNT may request clarification, reject unreadable or unmatched proof, or cancel suspected duplicate or fraudulent submissions. Current manual memberships do not renew automatically.

• A payment may be cancelled and refunded before approval when funds can be verified and returned through an available method.
• After membership is activated, payment is generally non-refundable because access to digital features has begun.
• Exceptions include duplicate payments, an incorrect amount accepted in error, failure by AKNT to provide the purchased access, or rights required by applicable law.
• Marketplace purchases made through affiliate links must be handled with the marketplace or seller.

Approved refunds may be reduced only by unavoidable transfer charges that are clearly disclosed and legally permitted.

Premium features lock when the access period ends unless a new eligible plan is approved. Free account features remain available while the account is active. A suspension for fraud, abuse, or serious policy violations does not automatically create a refund right.

AKNT may introduce PayMongo or another payment processor. Before automated billing or renewal is enabled, the checkout will clearly show the amount, frequency, cancellation method, and applicable processor terms. No automatic renewal is active under the current manual payment system.
